Data integration & AI automation

Connect the systems you already have, remove the manual handoffs between them, and use AI where it enriches the loop—while execution stays deterministic and auditable.

System integration Deterministic automation AI around the loop Embedded audit trail

AI around the loop, not in the critical path.

Our design principle is simple: AI should improve the process without becoming an unnecessary point of failure. So we separate learning from execution. AI investigates, interprets, enriches and tunes. Deterministic, tested code does the work that has to happen the same way every time.

That separation is what lets an operation adopt automation without adopting a new source of surprises. The rules the AI discovers are encoded, versioned and verified. The runtime that applies them can be audited line by line. When something unknown appears, it loops back to investigation instead of being guessed at in production.

Where it applies

INTEGRATION Connecting legacy and modern platforms

Bridging systems that were never meant to talk—including formats and configurations whose structure has to be reconstructed before it can be mapped.

AUTOMATION Removing manual checks and duplicate entry

Replacing the spreadsheet, the re-keying and the “someone checks it on Friday” step with automation that leaves a trail.

DECISION SUPPORT Turning available data into ranked options

Applying AI reasoning offline to research and public data, then validating the result against what actually happens—as in our EV site-selection work.

FORMAT UNDERSTANDING Making sense of files nobody can read anymore

Exports, project files, configurations and documents whose meaning has to be recovered before anything can be migrated or automated.

How we keep it safe

  • AI proposes; deterministic code executes. The model is never the runtime.
  • Every automated action leaves an embedded audit trail
  • Hard constraints—volume, latency, permissions—are checked automatically in the loop
  • Human sign-off gates promotion into shared or regulated processes

What you get

Integrations and automations that run without a person in the middle, with rules that are documented because they were discovered and encoded rather than assumed. Where AI stays in the picture, it is for enrichment, diagnostics and continuous improvement—not as a single point of failure in your operation.

We recommend AI only when it improves the business case—and advise against it when a simpler approach is better.

Where does the work still pass through a person’s hands?

Tell us about the handoff, the spreadsheet, or the file format that everyone works around. We will tell you whether it is worth automating and how to do it safely.
