Some are announced late, some never, and some only show up when behaviour drifts.

Stay ahead of the next call.
What could break next, and are we doing enough about it? News of changes to vendors, platforms, connectors and APIs is scattered across release notes, support messages, incidents and specialist knowledge. Monitoring often tells you after something fails. Tickets tell you who owns work that someone has already created.
Someone must work out which integration a change touches and which business process depends on it.
No decision, owner, deadline or link to the work leaves the exposure unresolved.
A task can be marked done without proof that compatibility was restored.
THE APPROACH
From external change to verified outcome.
The approach follows the full risk chain: external change → affected integration → business consequence → accountable response → verified outcome.
See the business risk
Understand which integrations and business processes a relevant change could affect.
Know what must happen
Record a decision, owner and next action for each material risk.
Know whether it worked
Keep the risk visible until evidence supports closing it.
THE WORKFLOW
Five steps, from first signal to proven fix.
- 01
Detect
Observe an announced change, possible API drift or an incident signal.
- 02
Correlate
Connect the signal to endpoints, integrations, dependencies and business processes.
- 03
Decide
Choose to remediate, investigate, monitor or accept the risk.
- 04
Act
Assign an owner and deadline, then manage the work in the team's existing system.
- 05
Verify
Review test or configuration evidence before closing the risk; reopen it if the fix fails.
MEASURING PROGRESS
Measures that matter.
Detection lead time
How early a relevant change or drift is identified.
Useful alerts
Which alerts led to an accountable decision.
Assessment and remediation time
How much effort it takes to understand and resolve a risk.
WHY THIS MATTERS
Integration risk should be visible and owned until it is gone.
No product can predict every unannounced change. Layered protection means advance warning where possible, drift detection when behaviour changes, and incident detection when a change first becomes visible. A list of changed APIs alone does not tell a team what the business could lose or whether a fix held.
BUILT BY IOINTEGRATED
Enterprise integration experience behind IntegrationAudit.
- IOINTEGRATED specializes in agentic systems for enterprise integration and is trusted by leading companies such as Jitterbit (see Jitterbit announcement).
- IntegrationAudit is AI-powered, but not AI-dependent. We use agentic systems to map and process risks, while the runtime engine is fully deterministic.
- A human-led, scoped stability audit reviews critical integrations and gives your team a practical starting point for prioritizing risk. See our integration service.
QUESTIONS
Your questions, our answers.
Can IntegrationAudit warn us before every vendor or API change?
No. Unannounced production changes cannot reliably be predicted. A sound risk process pairs advance notice, where available, with drift and incident detection.
How is this different from monitoring or a list of changed APIs?
Monitoring reports observed behaviour. IntegrationAudit looks at the full risk chain: relevant change, affected integration, business exposure, response and verification.
Does it replace our work system?
No. Your team can keep its existing system for managing work. Any connection to it is agreed during scoping.
What if we do not know the right response yet?
Investigation or a scoped assessment is a valid next decision. The point is to make ownership and the open question visible.
How do we know a fix removed the risk?
Agree on test or configuration evidence before closing it. If verification fails, the risk remains open.
